My name is Mark Conroy. Before starting Excelsior Haul-Away, I spent my professional career in healthcare operations, managed care, and healthcare strategy.
That background taught me how to solve problems, communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and treat people with professionalism during stressful situations.
Why I Started
After being widowed in 2022, I learned firsthand what it feels like to be surrounded by years of belongings, clutter, unfinished projects, and emotional weight - and not know where to start.
